I've bought a maxi dress and a blue floral tunic from her last week tuesday. She was certainly prompt in replying my emails when ive yet to make payment. Aft making payment, the replies I received from her were lesser and it may take up to a few days later. On top of that, she told me that she alr mailed my items out the day aft I made payment, which is Wednesday. If tht is the case, I believe I shld have alr receive the items by now. Sad to say, I have not receive any of the items. More importantly, she has nt reply all my emails since Friday. I am beginning to doubt if she has mailed my items as well as her credibility.

hey babe, i've purchased from her thrice before.. the first one i opted for normal mail, which she said she has mailed out but i never received anything. kept calling singpost and they can't find anything too.
so the next two purchases i opted for registered, which promptly arrived.
i also realised alot of girls tagged on her blog about not receiving their items but she keeps deleting their tags?
bad experience so i never shopped from her anymore. how could there be so many lost mails? i've sent out almost 100 parcels in one week but all of them received it (i assumed as i did not received any email on missing parcels)
i dun tink she has stocks for up to 100 clothings everytime so the lost mails should be minimal?
hi! ive oso bought a grey babydoll top from her on last tuesday, 16 september and yes, she replied promptly, once ive made payment she said to mail my item out that day itelf. but until now ive yet to receive it too.. im soooo pissed with her service.. it's always slow!
i've bought from her too and i even opted for regsitered mail! in the end she said its lost and still at some PO. after a mth or so of waiting i requested for a refund she agreed but till now its already been almost a year? and still no sign of refund..
oh my, u serious? she replied me and said she my item out alr, which means my item is lost. However, she said that she will refund the other item tht i purchased. i wonder if she will drag when she make refunds :s i spent 52SGD on her items. and im starting to feel that im a victim of her =:(
couldn't reply your message due to some privacy options on your side, here's my reply (kinda long-winded)
the only way is to get her return address (which the she claimed to be her supplier's address) and mail to singpost. there's a lost mail enquiry in singpost website. but singpost can be really really helpful as i've seen some feedbacks from frequent spree-ers when one posts up enquiry on lost mail (if the mail is damaged or got to the return add department due to invalid address or whatsnots) unless, the parcel was never mailed, you can't really get any help from singpost..
if you just let her do the job, chances are minimal as you'd not know if she ever helped you write a letter to singpost. but i've ever witnessed tags on lost mails, and then those tags got deleted thereafter. there's even tags which said she was not helpful in helping them to retrieve lost mails; which of cos were deleted too.
i guess the next time if you really really want to purchase an item, make sure it is registered?
i've ever gotten 2 lost mails; one from her, the other from another spree organiser. i did emailed the latter but did not get much help so i reckon it's either really lost (it was mailed during festive season) or she never really send out.

hey, i dont think there is anything wrong if she's from china a not ya. she is from china, i think she admitted in her blog before. anyway i guess perhap u should be more careful and read more about her before buying anything from her? cos read quite a number of negative remarks bout her online shop. not doubting her credibility, but she may be too busy and neglect it or what. i dont know, just making a guess.
i confirmed and made payment promptly for a top and yes, like u mentioned, she reply mails promptly b4 payment and after tt she reply damn slow... after the payment, she didnt reply my mail for days!!! i left lots of comment on her lj regarding the top and she replied saying she left out my mail and sold the top to someone else... dots!
after tt she made a refund to me but i was quite pissed with her service... after a few days, she mail me saying she got 1 last pc for the top again!! strange right? its was oos!! but since i liked the top alot, i paid for it and the mail only arrive 1 week later after she told me she mail it out...
after tt incident, i tried to make purchase with her for the 2nd time and this time was quite hassle free... BUT!! something was wrong with the tank top i bought... the embroidery was out of place!! it was not centralised at all!! bad quality... and i got to alter it so as to make it balance else its really ugly... and the thing is i paid $28 for 1 tank top... its a price for a dress so i expect it to be pretty but no...
i think she jack up the price too cos the tank top was seen at other blogshop at a cheaper price after i got it and after tt, she re-stocked the tank top again at the same price with other blogshop!! omg... i got it at a higher price but of bad quality!! :( very disappointed...

Cause i think she is pretty and have good figure. Thats why alot of people buy from her. Actually her clothes only average is just that she pretty thats why she can bring out the designs. So many bad comments abt her, luckily i didnt buy from her haha!
Unless she really mailed it out, or ur chances of retrieving is zero. Frm all the comments i think there is very high chance she did not mail out ur purchase at all...anw i think this is not the first time i see a post complaining abt her..luckily none of her clothes appeal to me and i didnt buy from her before. I dont think she is really that pretty also.
Lesson learnt. Dont buy from her anymore tts it. If not, you may track down more of her particulars frm LJ or her personal blog and report to the police with the help of other victims?
since there are so many neg comments on her, high chance she didn't even send out the items, thou i am not her victim, but still i hope voicing out will help u gals in some way..
and her comments are so fake.. i have never encountered such comments like "launching it babe? they all look so gorgeous!! can i buy them now?", "wad time? wad time? excited! vivi always late! lol.", "i love this collection!! faster launch it!!" etc etc.. if it was a spreer den i think the spreer must have exaggerrated it.. AGREED?!?!?!?!

i agree, i bought a dress from her 2 mths ago and I still haven't received it, and only after my emails were repeatedly ignored, i decided to look at the comments on her posts... and gosh they were so fake :S i really should've guessed they were all done by her to drum up her sales and induce people to buy. i thought she'd be less unscrupulous since her face is all over the internet. since there's so many people affected, maybe this should be cross-posted in other communities as well?
when Singpost contacts you about the lost package, ask them to find out if there have been many cases of lost packages from vivianlly's mailing address. If there is, and many of them were NEVER found by Singpost, it's pretty obvious the seller is not honest.
If you want to make a police report, ask Singpost to consider joining in providing evidence. I'm sure they want to put a dishonest seller who didn't send packages and yet ask customers to contact Singpost behind bars. It is a waste of Singpost's resources and manpower to make them search for "invisible" packages.
i bought a highwaist skirt from her about 3wks ago and she was VERY prompt in her replies when i've yet to make payment. after i paid she took 3 days to acknowledge payment and when i asked if she's mailed the item, she took another 2 days to say she'll mail it in the next 2 days.
when i didn't receive the item, i emailed her twice in a few days and she took a really long time to reply, saying that she'll check with the post office but as expected, NO REPLIES again for the next few days. I had to email her again and she finally said the PO told her that they'll be mailing the item in the next day or 2. I think she only bothered to send the item 2 days ago and lied that the post office was holding on to it. I finally got my item last night and am just so glad I didn't get cheated out of my money by her!
DEFINITELY DEFINITELY WILL NOT BUY STUFF FROM HER EVERY AGAIN.
i think she did not have stocks for her clothes, maybe she has 1 piece per design..she cheated ppl and still not scared to close down her shop and and worst still, reveal her face to the world..haiyo. gone case! i think you guys can make a police report. save her photo(major evidence), the bank acc, and for those who's good in IT can track her IP add.. i hope tat helps!
I did bought from her once, after I made the payment she said she will mail it out the next day but I waited for a week and still did not receive.
So I dropped an e-mail and she replied saying that my top in that top is out of stock and will replace me with another one but thank god I still received my item.
Ever since this incident, I stopped buying anything from her blog. I felt that she's very irresponsible.
hey~ i agree that we should get a refund from her despite her claims that she have mailed out and she replied mi that she swore upon god that she did send out the items! and agreed to help mi find out with singpost. this is so irritating!

obviously she didn't even send out anything.. so peeps, next time play save to get registered post.. better den her saying she post the items out and then nth will arrive at your place..
if u reg the post at least she need to give u the tracking no and stuffs.. so she cannot get away.. does any one have her return add? if lets say she's using some one else's addy (supplier or who so ever), maybe still can track down this b*tch..
hey, registered mail would only take a few days to arrive at your doorstep. not tryna scare you or anything, but i think she didn't mail your items out.

When she first started out around last year, she was prompt.
Coming this year it took her damn fast to mail out invoices and probably 1 month later to get the clothes.
Once she claimed she mailed out my skirt, but after 1 month, there wasnt sign of it. I complained to her and she refunded me back after 3 another weeks.
There arent sellers who will kindly refunded back what the postman 'lost' right? I think it's a fake sign of friendliness, and she probably did not mail out in the first place, thus she dont mind refunding!
But then again, I'm glad I got my money back and will never purchase from her again. Other LJs have better stuff at cheaper rates.
Buying from her = accumulate stress for yourself. So stay clear!
oh my. she refunded u? she said she dont deal with loss mail and she wont be refunding my item if its lost. im so worried. since we are all victims, any way of tracking her down? :(
